
Darwin Private Equity acquires Fenn Wright Manson
Darwin Private Equity has acquired UK clothing brand Fenn Wright Manson for an undisclosed amount.
The lower mid-cap specialist sees good potential for the brand's further development, and was also attracted by the existing management team. It will aim to open more stand-alone stores and expand the PETITE range launched in Autumn 2009.
Fenn Wright Manson is a womenswear brand established in 1974. It operates 12 independent boutique stores and 61 concessions in department stores across the UK and Ireland, employing a total of 400 people.
