HgCapital set to close Dutch office
HgCapital has decided to close its office in Amsterdam and its London-based consumer and leisure team.
The moves form part of a wider restructuring currently taking place at the investor, which will see its buyout teams reorganised into four sector groups: Technology Media Telecoms; Healthcare; Services; and Industrials. Investments in the Benelux region will continue and will be managed by the firm's London and Munich offices.
As a result of the restructuring, four investment professionals will leave the firm. Further details will be disclosed at a later stage.
