Endless appoints Addleshaw Goddard's Smith as partner
Turnaround firm Endless has appointed Addleshaw Goddard’s Andrew Smith as partner in its Leeds office.
Smith leaves his role as partner at Addleshaw Goddard, having been with the legal firm for more than 10 years.
While at Addleshaw Goddard, Smith specialised in corporate restructuring for clients including distressed equity investors and asset based lenders. Of particular note, he advised Endless on its secondary buyout of baked goods producer Bright Blue Foods in September 2015.
Endless has made a raft of appointments at partner level over the past year, having promoted Chris Clegg and James Woolley in its Leeds office last year. It also promoted Matthew Deering, Aidan Robson and Francesco Santinon in its London and Manchester offices.
The latest addition means the GP has increased its partnership headcount to eight, up from two a year ago. Earlier this year, unquote" took an in-depth look at the firm's fundraising efforts, recent deals and team developments.
