Bray Capital leads funding round for Glint
Early-stage investor Bray Capital has backed a ТЃ3.1m funding round for UK-based global currency startup Glint.
Funding will be used to complete the software development and offer customers a global currency, account and app-based technology. The round also included four private investors from Europe, Canada, Japan and Hong Kong. Glint's management retains a 65% holding in the business.
The startup, currently in stealth development, has been authorised by the FCA and aims to roll out its product to customers in Q4 2017, enabling them to make financial transactions using the app and currency.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in London, Glint is financial software company. It aims to develop a new global currency, account and app-based technology to allow users more control in the way they store, spend, exchange and transfer money. It employs 15 staff.
