
Equistone acquires BFT Mastclimbing
Equistone Partners Europe has acquired a majority stake in UK-based mast-climbing work platforms company BFT Mastclimbing.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, though Equistone is currently investing from its fifth fund, which targets buyouts in the €50-500m range.
The GP has invested alongside BFT founder and CEO Robin head. Following the deal, BFT will invest in the growth of its fleet and look to expand nationwide.
