
TA-backed Think Project! buys Cemar
TA Associates' Munich-based portfolio company Think Project! has acquired Gloucester-based contract management software provider Cemar.
The acquisition marks the company's entry into the UK's construction project management software market.
The combined group will employ 250 people and Cemar will continue to operate under its own brand.
Previous funding
TA acquired Think Project! from Augsburg-based private investment firm Walter Beteiligungen und Immobilien in December 2016.
