
Montagu's Maincare bolts on Anticyclone
Montagu Private Equity portfolio company Maincare Solutions has acquired Anticyclone, a France-headquartered developer of healthcare-focused speech recognition and document management software.
The transaction comes eight months after Montagu acquired Maincare from Symphony Technology Group.
Following the transaction Maincare will integrate the functionalities of Anticyclone's product Dic'T into its newly launched document management platform IdéoHCM. The product will also continue to be sold on a standalone basis.
Montagu is invested in Maincare via Montagu V, which closed on its €2.75bn hard-cap in mid-2015. The vehicle targets European buyouts valued in the broad €100m-1bn range.

Founded in 2004, Anticyclone develops speech recognition and document management software for the healthcare sector. The business generated a turnover of €4m in 2018, according to a statement.
