Apposite's Swanton bolts on GRS and Values In Care
Apposite Capital has supported portfolio company Swanton Care & Community in the acquisitions of Wales-based adult residential and domiciliary care providers Values In Care and GRS Care.
The development comes 22 months after Apposite originally acquired a majority stake in Swanton and four months after the business bolted on Courtyard Care, a provider of specialist residential childcare.
The latest acquisitions will increase Swanton's presence in Wales, in addition to expanding its range of services.
Apposite is invested in Swanton via the £144.5m vehicle Apposite Healthcare Fund II, which held a final close in June 2018.
