
Benchmark leads $21.5m series-A for travel startup Duffel
US-based venture capital house Benchmark has led a $21.5m series-A funding round for online travel booking startup Duffel.
Previous backers Blossom Capital and Index Ventures also took part in the round, which brings the total funding raised by Duffel to $26.2m.
The startup intends to use the fresh funding to expand its London-based engineering team and further develop its software for travel booking.
Previous funding
Blossom Capital led a $4.7m early-stage funding round for Duffel in August 2018. Index Ventures, Kima Ventures, Y Combinator and Crankstart Foundation also participated in the investment.
