Charterhouse-backed Tarsus acquires Unfiltered Experience
Charterhouse Capital Partners portfolio company Tarsus Group has acquired events operator and digital media company Unfiltered Experience.
Unquote understands that the deal was financed from Tarsus's balance sheet and was not supported directly by Charterhouse.
Charterhouse Capital Partners X acquired Tarsus in August 2019 in a deal that valued equity in the company at £552m. The fund closed on €2.3bn in 2016. Tarsus has acquired six companies, including Unfiltered Experience, since the acquisition.

Unfiltered Experience is an event dedicated to brands focused on beauty and wellness with a direct-to-consumer focus. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company was founded in 2018.
