
Lyceum's Carewatch adds three more companies
Lyceum Capital's portfolio company Carewatch has acquired the three franchise businesses Graham Home Care, Carewatch North and East Riding of Yorkshire and Carewatch Greenwich.
The portfolio expansion will strengthen Carewatch's presence in key geographical regions in order to build a national network of branches providing high quality care.
The latest acquisitions bring the number of portfolio companies added in since 2008 up to 19. The investor provided £25m of funding for operational investment and add-on acquisitions.

Graham Home Care was founded in 1996 and offers support services to around 850 people representing 13,000 hours of care per week. The company employs more than 750 care workers. Services are applied in the areas of children and family care, elderly care, people with learning disabilities and palliative care requirements.
