IPEM TV 2020: Helen Steers discusses gender diversity in PE

 

Helen Steers, partner, head of European primary investment and a member of the international investment committee at Pantheon, was in attendance at IPEM 2020 to discuss women in private equity. She talked to Unquote associate editor Denise Ko Genovese about the need to look at the retention of women in the industry, as well as the pipeline of new entrants, but also how the diversity discourse transcends gender.
