
Video: Pantheon's Hadass talks fund selection
Nowadays current portfolio performance is a strong gauge of future fund performance. Kimberly Romaine interviews Pantheon's Leon Hadass.
"You cannot rely solely on track record because the generation of fund managers responsible for it will not necessarily drive returns going forward," Pantheon's Leon Hadass told unquote" at the recent CEE unquote" Private Equity Congress. He goes on to explain that the unrealised portfolio performance – revenue and EBITDA growth – was a useful factor in determining the capability of tomorrow's talent and therefore future performance.
