PricewaterhouseCoopers is pleased to announce the addition of two new partners and a new director to its transaction services strategy group to meet the substantial demand in the market for its specialist services. Jim McDonnell, Philip Shepherd and Nick George all join PricewaterhouseCoopers from blue chip strategy and industry backgrounds and have over 40 years experience between them. McDonnell joins from AT Kearney where he led the European strategy practice, following more than ten years with Boston Consulting Group. During his time there he concentrated on the industrial and consumer sectors. He joins as the head of the group's industrials sector and will also be focusing on advising companies on strategic issues across all sectors. With over 10 years experience in the telecoms, information, media and electronics industries, Shepherd joins PricewaterhouseCoopers from Arthur D Little (ADL). He managed ADL's London office and led its telecoms, media and transaction services teams. Within the transaction services strategy group, he will lead the telecoms and technology team serving both corporate clients and financial institutions. George will also be joining as a director. He was previously head of the media sector team at Arthur D Little following senior roles in the media industry. Within the transaction services strategy group he will focus on broadcast media and telecoms.
