Livingstone Guarantee has expanded its industry adviser team with the appointment of three new advisers. The former chairman of Gala Group, Nat Solomon, is joining the firm's leisure & retail sector team. Solomon's career has included the chairmanship of Crown Leisure, Lyric Hotels, Pleasurama and, most recently, RAL Holdings. He also spent several years as chairman of Tottenham Hotspur. The firm has also announced the addition of Barry Morris to its leisure & retail team. The majority of Morris' 35 years of experience was gained at Marks and Spencer where he was executive director. He also spent two years as sales director of Babygro Ltd and is a non-executive director at Morgan (UK) Ltd and Stylo Plc. Finally, Chris Woodwark has joined the engineering & electronics sector team. Woodwark is currently chairman and chief executive of Pressac Plc and is also non-executive chairman of Triplex Components Ltd. He brings past experience as main board director of Vickers Plc, chief executive of Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Rover Group Holdings Plc and of Staveley Industries Plc, and non-executive director at Johnson Group Plc. He has also been on the advisory board of Alchemy Partners since its inception in 1997.
