
Hermes GPE to launch in Boston, Singapore
Hermes GPE is opening new offices in Boston and Singapore, a reflection of the investor’s increasing interest in overseas opportunities.
The Boston office will be managed by Hermes GPE's Head of Americas, Delaney Brown. Hermes GPE currently manages more than $1bn in US-based assets, and envisages increasing co-investment opportunities in the US. It has been active in the market since 1996.
The Singapore office will be headed by Saki Georgiadis, Hermes GPE's Head of Asia, who succeeds Pavan A. Gupte. Hermes has more than 30 fund manager relationships in Asia worth over $600m.
Brown, Georgiadis and Simon Moss, Hermes GPE's London-based Head of Europe, all report to Alan MacKay, Hermes GPE CEO.
Hermes GPE manages over £5bn of private equity and private infrastructure investments for institutional clients. It has been investing since 1991 and currently has investments in 235 funds and over 40 co-investments globally.
