ITALY – Private equity presents non-binding offers for Cavalli
Market rumour suggests that private equity funds have offered up to EUR 1.4bn to acquire fashion brand Cavalli.
According to sources the offers are non-binding and there is the possibility of a decrease in the price if the company’s EBITDA (projected to reach EUR 98.4m this year) turns out to be generated by non-recurring factors.
