According to reports in the Italian press, the fund Sinergia con Imprenditori has shown interest in security business Sicurglobal.

Rumour has it that Sinergia, managed by Gianfillipo Cuneo's Synergo, has asked current owner BS Private Equity to analyse the dossier. Synergo already holds sector player Allsystem and could be planning a buy-and-build operation.
