SPAIN - 3i portfolio company acquires Escor

Headquartered in Vitoria, Escor was founded in 1987 and focuses on the pick up, management and treatment of waste in the Basque Country and Galicia primarily.

The acquisition is Daorje’s first since 3i invested in the company in 2007. The deal will significantly increase its business volume. Daorje forecasts a turnover of EUR 100m by the end of 2008.
