
Bencis acquires Saval and Knowsley from Imtech
Bencis Capital Partners has acquired extinguishing systems specialists Saval and Knowsley from parent company Imtech.
The sale comes as Imtech re-focuses on its core activities. The Saval and Knowsley product-focused companies operate stand-alone under their own names and are usually not offered as part of an integrated package.
Saval operates in Belgium and the Netherlands while Knowsley is established in the UK (but active principally abroad in oil and gas producing countries) the companies specialise in producing, selling and maintaining fire extinguishing products and extinguishing systems. The combined annual turnover of the sold companies totals approximately €36m with about 230 employees.
