NORWAY - Tandberg ends discussions with private equity firm
Norwegian video conferencing business Tandberg has announced that it has terminated negotiations with a potential private equity buyer.
Tandberg announced in early August that it had been approached by a private equity firm and the company subsequently hired JP Morgan as financial adviser. According to Tandberg, discussions ended because the current economic climate made it impossible to reach an acceptable agreement on pricing and financing conditions.
