
FRANCE - Oddo AM makes three investments
Oddo Asset Management has made three early-stage investments in eco-innovation companies.
Oddo has invested alongside Canadian co-investors to provide Odotech with EUR 2.7m in a second round of financing. Odotech is a Franco-Canadian company which specialises in odour solving technologies for the industrial sector. The investment will be used by the company to expand internationally.
Oddo has also invested EUR 2m in France Eoliennes. The company was founded in 2006 and is a producer of wind turbines for non-commercial users. The company will use the investment for commercial development.
Finally Oddo and CM-CIC Asset Management have invested EUR 1.5m in Catalysair. Catalysair develops an innovative procedure which improves the combustion of industrial boilers.
Since 2007 Oddo's private equity team has completed nine investments totaling EUR 14m.
