UK - Octopus invests £2m into e-Therapeutics
Octopus Ventures has supported AIM-listed drug discovery company e-Therapeutics Plc with a ТЃ2m investment.
Octopus' investment consists of a subscription to a private placing of 3,3169,189 shares priced at 30 pence per ordinary share, as well as the issue of £1,049,233 of loan notes. Octopus invested through its Titan VCTs, Eureka and its private investor group.
The investor first backed the business in 2007.
