CEE – Mid Europa consolidates Polish healthcare market

Mid Europa-backed LUX MED has acquired Polish healthcare business Promedis.

In October 2007, Mid Europa acquired LUX MED and Medycyna Rodzinna, both of which are large healthcare providers in Poland. Earlier this year, the fund acquired Centrum Medyczne, another large private healthcare company in Poland.
