GERMANY - BayernLB looking for investors
According to reports, German state-owned bank BayernLB is looking to sell a stake of up to 24.9% as part of a capital increase.
If completed, the deal will see BayernLB become the second regional government bank with a foreign investor, after JC Flowers took a 26.6% stake in HSH Nordbank for EUR 1.25bn in November 2006.
