SPAIN - Highgrowth and BCN Emprèn merge

Both companies have been major players in the venture capital space since the beginning of 2000, targeting investments of between EUR 300,000 and EUR 2.5m in innovative companies.

Following the merger, the management company will have a team of ten employees, all with wide-ranging experience in venture capital. The company will have EUR 50 million worth of assets under management.
