FINLAND - CapMan hires OMX president to launch PIPE division
Jukka Ruuska has joined CapMan as head of business development to establish an equity fund investing in listed Nordic companies. Private investment in a public entity, or PIPE deals, are becoming increasingly common. Ruuska joins the firm from the OMX Nordic Exchanges where he was president.
