
SPAIN – Investindustrial acquires stake in Applus+
Investindustrial has acquired a 5% stake in Applus+ in a EUR 20m deal. The transaction follows The Carlyle Group's EUR 1.48bn buyout of Applus+ in July 2007. Carlyle will retain a 76.42% stake in the business. The remaining shareholding is owned by various Catalonian backers.
