SPAIN - Talde looking to sell Oscainox

Huesca-based Oscainox was founded in 1991 with the purpose of meeting the growing demand for custom-made and stainless-steel standarised products. It produces stainless steel furniture for hotels, restaurants, food shops and big collectives.

Talde acquired a 95% stake in the business in 2005.
