ITALY - Clessidra to form joint venture with Pirelli

Reports in the Italian press suggest that private equity fund Clessidra is eyeing up the commercial services sector.

It is understood that the firm would be in dealings with the real estate arm of Pirelli for the constitution of a joint venture in the facility management sector of the market. The firms did not wish to comment.
