Apax Partners is rumoured to be interested in ailing fashion concern Escada, which is listed on Germany's S-Dax. Escada is Germany’s second largest listed fashion concern. Escada’s shares have lost a third of their value since summer, and the company reported losses of EUR 27.3m in the last financial year, falling far behind the industry’s general performance.
Shares are sold by shares were held by CapMan Buyout X Fund A and CapMan Buyout X Fund B
