SPAIN – Octapris and Compas Private Equity invest in logistics firm
According to sources, family office Octapris Investments and Compas Private Equity have invested around EUR 150,000 in logistics company eContainers for a 24% stake in the company.
The investment will support the development of a commercial plan for the company through the expansion of services and country-wide coverage.
eContainers is the first maritime logistics platform that provides exporting and warehousing companies the possibility to book services online. The company operates from the Barcelona Port but plans to expand into Valencia, Bilbao and Aljeziras in Gibraltar.
