
GERMANY - Leonardo files EUR 5m lawsuit against management company
Leonardo Venture is suing its former management company, Leonardo Venture Capital GmbH, for damages totalling around EUR 5m on the grounds of alleged dereliction of duty.
The lawsuit includes former managers Professor Dr Köglmayr and Professor Dr Wupperfeld, as well as the CEO at the Landgericht Mannheim, Mr Koop. The malpractice was uncovered by the supervisory board of Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co KGaA during the year 2008.
The new management company is Leonardo Venture Verwaltungs GmbH, previously known as ELGE Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH.
