DENMARK – Vækstfonden et al. invest DKK 11m into games developer
Government-backed Vækstfonden backed an DKK 11m investment into Playdead, a Danish business that develops the online game Limbo, together with CAT Science and FAHU.
Limbo is developed in 2D graphics in black and white and the market launch is expected early 2010. One of the founders, Arnt Jensen, has previously received arts grants to develop the project in the early stages.
