SWITZERLAND – Innovative Silicon Inc raises US 26m in Series Series C round
Innovative Silicon Inc announced today that Wellington Partners Venture Capital has joined with all existing investors (Index, Austin Ventures, Highland Capital, Auriga, and chipmaker Soitec) to lead a $25m series-C round of investment in the company. Formerly based in Lausanne, Innovative Silicon is a developer of ultra-dense intellectual property for making a new kind of random access memory chip. It is now headquartered in the US.
