UK - TPG walks away from Paragon
TPG has walked away from a potential investment in troubled buy-to-let mortgage lender Paragon, with reports claiming that the investor did not foresee enough incentives to go through with a deal. The news comes following the investor's decision in recent months to abandon a planned £179m investment in fellow buy-to-let lender Bradford & Bingley.
