SPAIN - BCN Emprèn completes capital increase
BCN Emprèn has increased its capital base to EUR 15m, in a move that sees public corporation Enisa become a shareholder in the venture capital company.
BCN Emprèn's general shareholders' meeting also approved the EUR 300,000 net profit in 2008, which was mainly generated from last year's divestment from Advancell.
BCN EMPRÈN is a venture capital company promoted by Barcelona City Council and the ICF (Catalan Finance Institute).
