UK - Dunedin completes £15m CGI recap
Dunedin has recapitalised specialist fire and resistant glass manufacturer and supplier CGI for a second time, with ТЃ15m of new debt supplied by Clydesdale Bank.
A £25m recapitalisation was undertaken in 2004. Dunedin backed the £10m buyout of CGI from the Colebrand Group in December 1998.
The private equity house has also appointed a new chairman, Christophe Guillot, to lead the company's expansion into Continental Europe.
