ITALY - Sator completes capital increase
Sator has announced the completion of a capital increase, with 10% of its shares being placed with a group of nine Italian and international investors, which each subscribed to 1.1% of Sator’s capital.
The investors include Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Gruppo Angelini (Angelini Partecipazioni Finanziarie), Gruppo API (Api Holding), Gruppo D’Amico (D’Amico Società di Navigazione), Gruppo Santarelli (Cogesan), Massimo Moratti (CMC), and Lehman Brothers.
Following the capital increase, Sator’s shares are split between Matteo Arpe (60%), other founding managers (30%) and private and institutional investors (10%).
