SPAIN – Quercus to sell video communications specialist
According to sources, Quercus Equity is preparing the sale of video communications specialist Imago (formerly Odeco), a group that has been created from the merger of four companies acquired by Quercus over the last two years. The price tag could range between EUR 150-200m.
Lazard has been mandated to run an auction process and it is reported that offers have been received from both local and international industrial players as well as several private equity houses, with Quercus said to be favouring the latter as its prefered buyer.
