SWEDEN - Triton extends acceptance period for Cision offer
Triton, through its holding company Cyril Acquisitions, has extended the acceptance period for its SEK 1.5bn takeover bid for Cision, a Stockholm-based PR, IR and marketing communications business.
The acceptance period officially expired on 2 June 2008, but having only received a 64.1% acceptance rate, the buyout house has extended this until June 12 2008. The offered price is a 66% premium compared to the closing price of Cision shares on 29 April 2008.
