UK - Edwards Angell launches PE practice in London

Ramm served as partner at Campell from 2006 and has previously worked with both Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr and Gouldens.

Ramm Edwards Angell has been planning a move into private equity since it launched in London in early 2008 to complement its existing practice in the US. Two other lawyers will join the new unit.
