UK - NBPE to seek SFM listing

Following the listing, NB Private Equity Partners (NBPE)will trade in both Amsterdam and London. The private equity fund has a market capitalisation of $189m and net assets of $426m as of April 30.

Chairman of NBPE, Talmai Morgan, said in a press release statement that he expected the move would 'boost NBPE's visibility among the company's target investor base' and increase its market liquidity.
