GERMANY – HTGF and Sirius support ILIAS-medical
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Sirius Seedfonds have, together with private investors, completed an undisclosed investment into medical technology company ILIAS-medical GmbH.
ILIAS-medical is developing what is thought to be the smallest artificial lung in the world. The company was founded in December 2007 in Cologne by Albert Großer, Hayat Koubaa, Philipp Mayer and Andreas Strauß, before moving to the In recently established BioMedizinZentrum in Bochum in June 2008.
