FRANCE – UFG PE invest EUR 1.1m in aXigate
UFG Private Equity has invested EUR 1.1m into administrative software company aXigate.
Paris-based aXigate develops software for hospitals and clinics designed to facilitate patient care. The company began life as part of the US company Merge Healthcare Corp, before becoming independent in April 2008. The company was founded by Vincent Leclerc and Nicolas Treil, who still lead the management team.
