NORWAY - Incitia Ventures et al invest NOK 25m into ASD

Incitia invested NOK 20m, while Proventure provided NOK 5m. Incitia was introduced to the investment opportunity by Proventure Seed, which provided the first round investment in May 2007.

Arctic Silicon Devices was founded in 2007 by a complete design team from Nordic Semiconductor ASA. The company develops and distributes high performance data converters and application specific mixed mode signal processing chips (ASSPs) in targeted markets. The first product will be launched this year. Arctic employs 13 people.
