
SPAIN – Quercus portfolio company acquires electronics group
Odeco, a Quercus Equity portfolio company, has acquired MP Electronics a company specialising in the manufacture of display screens for use in the transport and advertising segment.
The Palamós (Gerona) - based company registered a turnover of EUR 10m over the last year with EBITDA of EUR 2m.This is Odeco’s third acquisition since the company came under Quercus’ control in 2006. The other two are Addco a US designer and manufacturer of traffic signs, and German company Thomas Verherstechnik, which is active in the development of traffic management systems.
