ITALY - First Capital to invest in listed SMEs

First Capital is a new independent investment company set to invest in listed SMEs or pre-IPO companies following a private equity analysis model.

The investment strategy will focus on the mid-term rather than on daily trading satisfying the demand by listed small caps for specialised independent operators. The new firm is supported by Gabbrielli & Associati, Antares SpA, Strategy Invest, Brescian entrepreneurs and reference partners from Banca Profilo. Other backers will include institutional and qualified investors.
