GREECE – Apax to acquire TV platform

According to reports, Apax Partners is close to acquiring Greek pay television platform Nova from Multichoice Hellas S.A.

Apax is the front runner in the bidding having overtaken its rival, the alternative ISP and telephony company Forthnet S.A. It is understood that the deal to acquire Nova could be signed by Apax within the next few days.
