General Atlantic promotes Nikolay and Elchahal
US-headquartered growth investment firm General Atlantic has promoted JУЖrn Nikolay (pictured, above) to managing director and Roni Elchahal to principal.
Nikolay is the head of General Atlantic's Munich office, having joined the firm in London in 2008 and moved to the Bavarian capital four years later.
Before his time at General Atlantic, Nikolay was with TA Associates in London, Bain & Company in Düsseldorf, and Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt.

Having first joined the firm's New York office in 2007, Elchahal's tenure was put on pause while he finished business school, rejoining the firm in 2012. His previous employment includes CI Capital Partners, BCG and Parthenon Group.
